Financing Your Project

We've recently partnered with a couple of companies allowing you to finance your project. The process is fairly effortless and no different than applying for any other kind of loan. Once you've worked with Geoff, our designer, and you've agreed to our proposal, Geoffrey will guide you through the financing stage. The approval is typically instantaneous depending on your credit which will then allow us to proceed to the city approval and permitting process while the loan is being funded. You'll be given a link to apply from and once approved, we'll take it from there! Easy.

Monthly payment examples of various project types.

Using a typical 8-10' x 5-6' guest bathroom remodel for this example, you can expect a rough payment of around $250-$300 a month*

Room addition projects typically include bathrooms and/or kitchens also. But using this addition only, not including painting or flooring-only the addition similar to this with siding as shown, an expected payment between $2500-$3000 per month*

A kitchen similar to this with an island and all custom cabinets not including flooring or appliances, you can expect a payment around $550-$600 a month*

* Payments are based on good credit with rates between 7.99% and 9% financed for 20 years through one of our affiliate finance companies.
